1. Any users who accept the  "Project Resource"  (following called the web) service must abide by the service agreement absolutely and strictly. After clicked the "I agree"and completed the registration procedure in the web suggest that you've made the service agreement with our web and accept all the contents of this agreement. 

2. According to the web good faith service principle, the user agreed the followings:
    2.1 The user should provide timely and detailed individual information. All the initial information keyed will be regard as enrollment information.
    2.2 The user should update the enrollment information if he had changed them. All the enrollment information provided by the user shall be regard as his information upon which doing activities and admitted by clients effectively. We shall keep and end the web service right to those users who provided the false, error and incomplete personal information. Also we can provide the relevant service, as we can identify the user and its account using right when service needed. The user shall bear all the aftereffect resulted by the above reason.
    2.3 The web shall send message to your mailbox unfixedly.
The web hold the revising right even the delete right to any false, illegal, infringing information and any information will damage others fame and benefits if the user can provide the accurate information. The user must accept this clause and any revising made by the web.                                             

3. Partial service of the web needs payment. The web shall notify in the highlight position in advance and give statements about the project as well as the time.
Rights & Obligations

4. The official member can enjoy the right of publishing advertisement (only one page, not include the moving ads and BANNER) and relevant resources right within the web.

5. The web promise endeavoring in offers perfect service to the users. Every service handled in the web item by item shall be fulfilled utmost. While the self-discrimination duty shall not be covered in the web. In the mean while, the web holds that never release the user information to a third part without the users agreement.

6. The web has the right to revise the agreement when necessary. Notice will be posted at the important page if did any revising to the agreement. The user can terminate the service if he won agree the revised items. If the user continuously accepts the service we provided shall be treat as agreeing the revising.

7. The users account, password and its safety.
    Each user will get an account and the password if enrolled successfully. The user should take charge of his own account and password. The web won't undertake any responsibility about uses  account and password. Let alone the loss caused by the account and password release. Different class users enjoy different right domain. Besides, each user shall take the complete responsibility to all the activities and affairs within his account. The user can change the password at anytime or reopen one after canceled the old account. The user can inform the web immediately when finding illegal using of the account or other safety release. The web has the obligation to adjust the account set according to the user.

B. Service Risk Attention:
    As the particularity of Internet, the user charges all the risk in the web not only in property and investment where the web does'nmake any guarantees whether it is obvious or indicative. Since the web can't ensure meeting users request fully, the user should know definitely that the following damage are out of our guarantee: profit, business reputation, using, data loss or any other kind or invisible loss etc. The web won't make any direct, indirect, additional, special, deriving and punishing compensation due to the following reason: service cut, service safety or time factor, service mistake and lost. Other matters also free from the web liability: any products, data bought through the web, service from the web, message from the web; the users data or its transmit had drawn or altered without accreditation; the users maintenance and alteration about the products etc.

1. The user assumes the liability for all the posted information in the web respectively. All the suitable service the users enjoyed are base on the international, state and local legislative. Users must abide by the followings:
 The published information should comply with the principles in P.R.C. rule and net moral principles.
     1.1  Cannot exploit the web to do illegal usage.
     1.2  It's forbidden to disturb or confuse other net service of China.
     1.3  It must abide by all the agreement, statute and procedure stipulated in the Internet-using specification.

2. Including the follows: The user is forbidden to transmit and publish any illegal, disturb some, harmful, mediocre, obscenity information and other materials may do harm to public benefit. Information may fosterage domestic disbennifit condition and hurt state benefit & safety cannot be transmitted and published. Besides, information does not accord with the international, state and local statutes cannot be posted too.
The web had the right to judge and cancel the user's service activity if his action were not tally with the above stated item.
The web won't assume any liability to the posted contents and any loss or damage caused by the contents mistakes and release or derivate loss. And the web also won't compensate any other possible loss.

3. The user should consent to ensure and hold all the members benefit, charge for retaining fee for exceeding the service domain. The damage compensation for disobeys the agreement and recourse fare due to using others computer; account and intellectual property shall be paid by the user too.

C. End Service
    Both the user and the web can terminate service according to the actual cases. The web won¡¯t undertake any responsibility to individuals or the third part for terminating the service. The user could enjoy the following rights if he disagrees any agreement or later revised items even the service provided by the web:
Don't accept the web service any more.

    Announce the web to terminate the service.The user's enjoying the web service right is terminated when he stopped accepting the service. Namely, the user won't enjoy any service right from the web any more. Meanwhile, the web doesn't have the obligations to transmit any unread or unsent letters to the user and a third part.

D. Announcement
    All the announcement to the users can be sent in the form of email and common letter by the web. Any revised amendment about this agreement, service alteration and other important matters shall be sent in this form. The agreement also covers the revised part.

E. The user's right in the databank
    The information contents in the web business center databank contain the following: words, software, audio, video, chart, homepage; all the contents in the advertisements and emails; business information offered by the web. The law protects all the above contents copyright, brand, labor and other property right. Therefore, the user can only exploit these contents under the web and its advertisements authorizations, never permitted to copy or recreate these contents or the relevant derivate products.  

    The web has the legal intellectual property to its applied software and technology. While the user only holds the non-exclusive right of use, thus cannot copy, revise or even sell or derivate other products to the third part without permitting. Let alone making use of it as other commercial usage. The web shall investigate the concerned litigant's legal responsibility once discovered the above cases.
